Shipping and Returns


All orders will be shipped via USPS GROUND, with an estimated delivery of 5-7 business days.

Shipment Tracking
Once you have placed an order, you have the availability of checking its shipping status at any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Shipping Schedules
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is processed. Orders will be processed and shipped between the hours of 9:00 AM MST (Mountain Standard Time) and 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM MST, and over the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday, and may take until Tuesday to process. Orders will not be shipped on national holidays. mauveine will contact you with a follow-up email within 24 hours if for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within this schedule, or if there are any additional questions or concerns about your order.

International Shipping
Online orders may only be shipped to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International customers should contact us to request a quote.

Returns and Exchanges

If any item fails to meet your expectations it may be returned for a replacement (if available), a refund, or exchanged for another item, unless otherwise noted.

By Mail:

1. Within 7 days from date of receipt, unworn merchandise with tickets intact will be accepted for a refund or exchange, when accompanied by your receipt or invoice.

2. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the original invoice.

5. The item/s must be unworn with tickets intact, in new and original condition, and accompanied by your receipt or invoice. You must pay for the expense of the return to us. Your original shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the Shipping and Handling fees for any exchange of product. With exchanges, you are also responsible for any difference in price, if exchanged item costs more than the returned item. Exchanges may ONLY be used for products that are equal to, or greater in cost than the original returned product. If more than one item is returned, the combined value designates the minimum exchange value.

6. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
